Deep Heart Psychotherapy, LLC

I see therapy as relational and collaborative. My role is to hold a space in which you feel safe enough to connect with your own inner world in a way that leads to a deeper connection with your authenticity and inherent wisdom. It is a space to work with the messy and painful experiences we encounter as humans, and to work towards feeling more whole and connected. My background and training is in mindfulness, meditation, and the intentional and therapeutic use of psychedelics. My graduate training was in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University. In addition to ongoing psychotherapy, I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I identify as a queer woman, and love to work with clients on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. I approach our sessions in an open and organic way, and invite clients to do the same. I do not have an agenda about where we will go, and find that when there is open space, what needs to be worked with will naturally arise.
